Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation by the Participant

If you need to cancel your participation due to unforeseen personal circumstances (e.g. serious illness, family emergencies, or travel restrictions), a 90% refund (full amount minus administrative processing fees) will be issued for cancellations made on or before August 1st, 2025. In some cases, we may request supporting documentation.

After August 1st, we regret that no refunds can be provided under any circumstances.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via email at in**@******ts.berlin and include your full name and registration details. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Please note that participation fees are non-transferable to other individuals.

Conference Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the conference must be cancelled due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or political disruptions), your participation fee will be automatically transferred to the next edition of the event. The same refund policy as described above will apply for the rescheduled date.
